Baby Friendly Homemade Ice Pops

Does your baby always want a taste of that ice cream you're eating? Can't give it to baby because there is too much sugar, preservatives and other bad stuff that makes up that sinful ice-cream? Consider making these homemade ice-pops instead. They are made of 100% fresh fruit + water.

All you need is an ice-pop mould (I got mine at sgd2 from Daiso). Use a blender to blend the fresh fruit with water (you can vary the amount of water depending on how watery your fruit is e.g. Add more water for strawberry puree as strawberry puree is quite thick; add less water for lychees or orange as these fruits are more watery.) Pour the blended fruit into the ice-pop mould and pop the mould into the fridge. Leave to freeze. Once they are frozen, just run the mould under a tap and pull the pops out. It's so easy to make healthy and delicious ice-pops at home!
